One part, and everything ever written about it.
The drawing is on the file server, the orders in the ERP, the supplier’s delay in an inbox, the complaints in three other inboxes. fluctor recognises that they all concern the same part and keeps them as one file, with every source still attached.

The questions you ask on the shop floor, answered with the page.
What was agreed, what went out, what came back, how a supplier has behaved. Each answer names the document and the line it was read from, so nobody has to take it on faith.

Plus 4 percent from April, by email on 14 March. None of the nine invoices since carry the new price.

You do not have to ask. It also speaks up.
Because the file is complete, the gaps in it are visible: a delivery with no invoice behind it, a supplier that is late on a part two customers are waiting for, three complaints that are really one problem.

The follow-up writes itself. You approve the first one.
Chasing the supplier, reminding the customer, sending the QC report to the buyer who asked for it. The agent reads from the same file, drafts the message in the tone of your last one, and waits for your approval the first time. After that it runs on its own, checked against your instructions before anything leaves.
How the agent is built →Built for machine shops, component suppliers and plant builders with 20 to 250 people, where what is known about a part lives in five places and three inboxes.
Send us one part’s paperwork from the last three months.
In the call we show you the file it turns into, and ask it the questions you brought.
